![]() | feeding Angels in a community tank |
mews![]() Hobbyist Posts: 75 Kudos: 33 Votes: 1 Registered: 25-Apr-2007 ![]() ![]() | HI all Im pretty sure my Angels are fine but I do notice that the zippy, kribs and tetras hog into the food first. By the time the Angels have cruised on over, they are so layed back, its gone. If I put more in, the rabble will keep eating so that's no solution. Here is my Angel of a morning... http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2390/2210014549_1ff1114f89.jpg Of course the Angels did scoff a heap load of brine shrimp two days ago, maybe just not hungry now. I noticed they had no trouble pushing they're way in to get the shrimp ![]() My 5footer http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2379/2242540621_1a81dcb3c8.jpg |

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info Look here for my Betta 11Gal Desktop & Placidity 5ft Community Tank Photos Keith ![]() ![]() Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do. Angels despite being described as a midwater feeders traditionally, often do better not trying to compete with the shoalers and feeding from the top in a more leisurely way. |
