I haven't seem them much bigger than pennies at my LFS!:%) Despite the small size I've seen them at, apparently these fish can reach a size of around a foot, if I'm not mistaken. These fish will definitely appreciate a sand substrate. Also, many of these fish are best kept in a brackish environment rather than a freshwater one. However, flounder are carnivorous, so don't keep it with anything too small. ![]() I think that's a general overview. I don't know these fish 100%, and I'm sure someone here has them and can give more details. -------------------------------------------- The aquarist is one who must learn the ways of the biologist, the chemist, and the veterinarian. |

Unless you have a very big tank I wouldnt' suggest getting one.^_^ ![]() Current [link=Contest Rules]http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/forums/Aquascaping/44382.html?200412022138" style="COLOR: #EB4288[/link] ![]() |
