I've 5 fishes in a 6 gallon tank including 2 gouramies,2 rbarbs and a betta.What should be my water changes?

To start of with that tank is far too small for all those fish. I personally would call it a small Betta tank.

For the water change I would do a 2gal eg on the week end and mid week a 1gal water change.

This is basically what I do with my 45lt heavily planted Cardinal tetra and Shrimp tank.
