Just need some info on Aiptasia. I have some in my tank and I think it's spreading. Is it a problem, if so, can I get rid of it?

Peppermint shrimp can do a good job clearing it up. Get about 3 or 4 of them.

It's hit or miss with the peppermint shrimp though. The plus is they're easy to find, stay relatively small and aren't too expensive.

CBB's will do a good job with smaller ones, but they outgrow the common tank. I wouldn't keep one in anything smaller than a 75ish, they can grow quite large. Beatiful fish, but doesn't always adapt well to prepared foods. Can be a picky eater IME.

Order some Joe's Juice online. Works everytime, on Majano anenomes too. It's actually sort of fun to use.

Best of Luck.

pH Up, in a syringe, squirted straight into their mouths, works wonders and it's almost fun to watch them go POOF in a cloud of tissue. Just make sure you get ALL of it because sometimes I've noticed if the base is left behind it will grow back.

I'm so adjective, I verb nouns!
