Well I managed to kill 99% of my pods a few Hermits and all of my Shrimp.I finished my sump and was working on quiting down my HOB filter.I had a piece of plexi glass left over so I removed the blue film and placed it in the sump for the water to flow down to the chamber instead of dumping it to the sump.I didn't think to wash the plexi off and it must of had VOC's or another chemicle on it.After a few minutes the water was a cloud of pods and the shrimp and crabs were going nuts.A quick water change and some new carbon helped but not fast enough to save everything.
I still have all my snails, fish, starfish and whats left of my crabs.I can only spot TWO living pods and was wondering whats the best way to quickly repopulate the tank with pods?

Go to Greentree and Ask them for a bag full of Detritus from their LR tank. There are more pods in that than any bottle off a shelf.

Good Idea,You did that when you bought your Maderine didn't you? Hows he doing now? Good thing is there are already babys on the glass.I would still like to jump start the population though.Going to GT Friday anyway to pickup some two part additive.
