I put a Sea Urchin in my tank (a big mistake) and my hermit crabs started eating it and now there are spines all over my tank. I can't gravel vac it because my gravel vac wont pick it up without picking up the sand too. Any Suggestions on how to get it out?

Just leave them, they will soon be gone. I lost one several months back and after a week or two there was nothing left.
