I've had my 75 gallon FOWLR tank set-up for 10 months and have a Cinnamon Clownfish(9 months),a Coral Beauty Angelfish(7 months),a Dwarf Lionfish(3 months), and a Foxface Lo(2 weeks). My tank is doing very well; I haven't had any diseases or major problems with the water quality. All of my fish seem happy and get along great. So, what I need some suggestions for a fish or invert. that will get along with my current tank occupants. My budget for an invert. is $30 and my budget for a fish is $50. Please, reply!--Greg~.

whoa! Imperator angels get very big, and would not like that small of a tank even as a juv.

With the waste that the lionfish produces I would say that you are probably pretty well fully stocked, unless you want to get fish that stay small like Chalk bass.....but then they would probably be food for the lion.

I have a Protein Skimmer so that probably helps the Lion's waste. I didn't know that Lion produced a lot of waste. i thought the Foxface produced a lot since it's always pooping that seaweed salad I give it.

The skimmer wont help with the waste. The fish will produce ammonia and that will be converted to nitrates. You would need a lot of live rock and a DSB to off set the load.

An Emperor Angel would likely be well out of his price range as well.

I believe about everyone would agree a Hippo Tang "blue tang" gets too big for a 75.

How 'bout a fan crab, or a few shrimp?

Possibly a scallop?
