It's in a coraled tank how do i fix ich?? I heard there's something called a fresh water dip?? I CANT put her in another tank were in the middle of switching to a bigger settup she's in a ten gallon.

A FW dip should only be done if the fish is not stressed. Other then moving the fish out of the tank for treatment, your options are very limited. Reef safe meds rarely work.

An otherwise healthy fish should be able to battle ick by itself in it's own time. If your water quality is great and you're feeding nutritional foods, and the temperature is STABLE w/ little to no fluctuations, I think the fish can battle it on it's own.

If there's other stressors or problems with the fish, you may need to seek other treatments.

I had the same problem last week.
I pushed my temp to 27-28C. Dropped my silinity to 1.021. And used a Waterlife product called Maxim, safe for corals and fish, and it does not color the water. 3 Days and the problem was gone.
