That wouldn't really be great for a 60. 75G is the minimum for a yellow tang and a volitans lion. You could get a dwarf lion(or two) and the snowflake moray in the 60 and skip the Tang.

Keep in mind, that lions, and morays are both messy eaters, and are both a huge bio load on a tank. A tank of that size will not work well for your stocking. I woudl suggest 100 or larger for those fish. If you can only have the 60gal tank, then skip the tang, they need swiming area. Lions are slow movers, so a small lion would be OK, but stay away from volitans, they are simply to big. The snowflake is about the best moray you can have in that tnak. They stay small, and leave other tank mates alone, for teh most part.

Yes the moray is a good choice. The snowflake is a flat tooth eel and unless very hungry will even leave small fish alone. Its diet is mostly crustacea. The Volitan gets over a foot long. And eventually would not do well in that size tank. IMO, the smallest tank for a Volitan is at least a 150 gal. However, there are seveal of the dwarf lions available in the hobby. They include the Fuzzy Dwarf, Zebra, Radiata, Antenae, and some others. They do however cost a bit more than the Volitans, but IMO they are worth it.

And I too would leave out the tang. There are many choices of fish you can put with those dwarfs and a snowflake eel.

One to stay away from though, are the non-dwarf angels. Many have been known to attack the lionfish. But if you stick with the dwarfs they will be fine. Maybe a Flame Angel, Eblei Angel, and there are several more very available in the hobby. They would be great for the size tank you are going to have.

lions arent messy eaters. they just crap alot.
Moreys eels make a tank a little harder to take care of they have high bioload weight and restrict any clean up crew.
I love my spot fin alone with snails and hermits. i would go with with a small to medium sized lion with a dwarf angel personally
