I returned after being away for four days and found two small patches of a bulbous/jelly like growth on my live rock. It looks like to small piles of greenish/black jelly balls. Are these snail eggs? If so, what kind? If not, any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like bubble algea. Not a big deal. You can remove it, or just add a emerald crab, and it will keep it under control.
