I have been using Nori once per week as a supplement for my tangs. But I started to hate to use them because everytime after feeding there will be small pieces of nori floating every where plu the faeces from the tangs tend to be more loose and messy.

I am also using a complete vegetable based flakes(marine algae, spirulina, spinach, stinging nettles, wheat meal and few other more things), and I just wonder if this alone will be sufficient to fulfil the vegetatble part of tang's diet

The main thing is only vegitables. Otherwise the color will start to fade. What your feeding sounds OK.
