question one: im pretty shure im right but brown algae will go away eventuly right. the tanks been runnung for umm about a month. water parameters are good. But the alkalinity is above 300. and the hardness is around 425. the tank has been cycled.

question 2: my two clowns ripped a bubble tip anemone out of its spot. would this affect the anemones 'foot' ?
If it does is it in fixible or is their a cure?

Yes, the brown algea should clear up on it's own. It's part the the cycle.

It's hard to say with the anemone. The water quality is the biggest thing effecting it. Watch it close, if it looks like it's starting to melt, then remove it.

Somebody told me that abalones are really good for keeping the brown diatom algae off the front of the glass.

Worth a try.

But does anyone think that the anemone (with lack of a better description) will gain its stick back.

o yeah one of my clowns has been acting weird sice one of my anemones moved to a place where the clown can get to. the clown just hides in a cave and doesnt eat to much. is this a porblem? and is there anyway i can safetly move the anemone with out hurting it?

the anemone: sebae anemone
The clown: black percula

Anemones often move to spots where they find more light, and/or more food and water flow etc. Anemones move on their own. I doubt the clowns moved it. As their foot usually has a very strong grip on things.

As for moving it, I would not. For two reasons. One, it will likely move again if it is not happy where you place it. Two, you can damage the foot, and this can cause it to die. The clown will just have to deal with its move. Eventually, if the clown wants to live in it, it will go where the anemone goes. Clowns are fish of habbit, and many times will stay where the anemone used to live. Even after going to its newly found area or home, the clowns will frequent the old home of the anemone.

But im almost posotive that the clowns ripped it out i mean they were pretty aggresive to it. And now it wont stick to anything. It has a couple spots that are still sticky on the edges of the base. but its not alot but the anemone is in good condition so i have no reason to take it out.

hmm.. Well as long as it is doing OK, I would not worry too much then. It will eventually find a place it likes.
