mattyboombatty Moderator Tenellus Obsessor Posts: 2790 Kudos: 1507 Votes: 1301 Registered: 26-Mar-2004 | It's a pretty simple setup, instead of an overflow box directing flow to the sump, the tank is raised up off the stand on a few pegs and a collection box is installed under the tank so that water flows over the tank walls and into the collection box. The collection box has a hole drilled in it that directs water into the sump. There's only a return line drilled into the tank bottom. Neat little tank, but probably costs a fortune to buy it setup already. There are obvious disadvantages....flow restrictions, lighting restrictions, prohibitive costs.....
