Actually, looking back at your "wish list" you may not be able to have a Hawkfish. You'll find most Hawkfish have a veracious appetite for invertbrates, especially things such as shrimp.

You'd probably have room for a Flame Angel as well. If you add an angel you have to consider the possibility of not being able to keep certain corals or clams.

If you keep a fish only or a FOWLR tank you can keep several fish in a tank that size. If you start to add corals you will have to keep less fish. Inverts are fine in any tank, providing the fish wont eat them. Small hermits are fine with most fish. Snails are fine with most fish. As long as the fish you keep are less aggressive you can keep shrimp. Larger coral banded shrimp will even do fine with aggressive fish.
