bboyin4lyf![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hobbyist Posts: 137 Kudos: 83 Votes: 0 Registered: 18-Apr-2004 ![]() ![]() | my soon to be reef tank has been up and running for about 2 weeks and ive noticed that the rocks and glass are becoming covered in a grass like macro algae! is this a good/bad sign? should i buy a snail or something that will eat the algae? im worried that if i attempt to remove it all "theres alot" the die off could cause a ammonia/foul water spike! any help would be appreciated! cheers |

If so I get the same stuff at the earl,y stages of my tanks. It is only really noticeable when it picks up all the dust in the water. And it generally goes away quickly. |

A Lawm mower blenny does a good job but I traded mine in for somethning with more color when the job was done. |
