hey, im going to be upgrading my 25g FOWLR to a 50g FOWLR in the next couple months and i was woundering what would be the quickest way to change over a tank with out it cycling or going into a mini cycle, im going to get some natural ocean water to fill it and use the water from my tank aswell, im going to put in about 2 inches of sand and add my existing sand ontop of it then place all my LR into the tank, should i keep my fish in a 10g for a couple days untill it settles? or should i just put them straight in?

No mater what you do, there will be some type of die off and cause a slight cycle. If your going to upgrade, perhaps set up the new tank, add some new live rock, let that cycle for a bit. Then move a few rocks at a time. That is how I moved my reef and it went well.
