Another possibility is the chainlink eel; if my research is right, they get about the same size as snowflakes. Some people like the chainlinks because it is not as common as the snowflake; both are attractive fish, so if you're going by appearance either one is good. And of course, the Dwarf Golden Moray is a possible candidate for a tank even smaller than a 55 gallon, but costing in the hundreds of dollars it's not really a cheap eel...:%) -------------------------------------------- The aquarist is one who must learn the ways of the biologist, the chemist, and the veterinarian. |

A tight fitting glass lid is a must, and the plastic parts need to be cut as close as possible. I then made a wood cover to go over the plastic and cover any holes. Dan |
