You will know your cycle is complete when you see the ammonias and nitrIte rise, and then drop with an increase in nitrAtes.

You will have to control the nitrAtes with water changes. They should keep the ammonia and nitrIte near undetectable as well, if you stock correctly.

Cycle is not a chem. It's benificial bacteria. Live rock will do the same thing. Your cycle can take a month, or a few days depending on how much live rock is in the tank.

If those are your current parameters then i would say that your cycle is done. You have no ammonia, no nitrite, and you have nitrate showing.

update:

Ammonia: 0
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: 5-10ppm Closer to 10 than 5! A little more than hte last time.

Saltinity went up .001 of a point. So now it is 1.023
