ok i'm moving my fishes around. and no i havent done it yet. but what i'm looking to do is put my 2 Kuhli Loach's into my 150. currently there is 6 angels, 3 rainbow sharks, 3 gouramis and 7 zebra danios. there are plenty of hiding spots. has anybody had a combination like this and not had any problems?

Are you referring to 150 liters or gallons? But anyway if either the loaches would do fine because they rarely come out anyway. But if you mean 150 liters I think you are overstocked somewhat. But you can fill us in on that.

150 gallons. sorry i'm from the US and forget alot of people here arent and use liters.

I surely wouldnt put that much into a 40g tank. heck my 50 is now where near stocked, but thats why i'm finding new homes for my community fish in it and getting a long finned oscar. and thats why i keep a link to a picture of my 150g tank on my posts. so people can see it

Yeah I figured you meant gallons, here in Canada gallons is all we use, or well I use haha. But anyway well I would say the loaches would be best kind. I never see mine so they are rarely in danger of getting attacked.

As far as the Khuli Loaches not coming out depends on your tank. In my well planted Betta tank, they are always out and about either hunting through the substrate, under and all oner the plants. As a matter of fact I am watching four now they are right up to the front of the glass and others are hunting through the base of all the stem plants, crypts and anubias nana

If your tank does not have plenty of low plant cover I dont think you will ever see them.

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info

In my Betta Tank there is no caves as such but there must be countless places for them to hide. Mine just love moving through all the plants.
