Hey community,

I haven't had fish for about a year and am looking to get back into it. What would you guys recommend as something cheap and easy to start out?

It might be a good idea to let us know what you call "cheap" and "easy"

Do you have a tank etc if so what do you have?

Do you have any preferences, tropical or cold water, etc.

Keith

Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do.
I VOTE DO YOU if not WHY NOT?

I assume you still have your old tank poobles. I think I remeber it being about 20 gallons?

If so I suggest you fll it back up and get it cycling.

Something cheap and easy would be yo buy some male guppies.

IMHO the below don't require a massive tank, aren't too demanding in care but are v rewarding:
Multies (shell dwellers), v interesting, v cool
Guppies can be a v beautiful tank, opportunities galore for decor
