I currently have 6 serpae tetras in a 10 gallon. I was wondering if bronze corys would be compatible or if the tetras would pick on them. I know serpae tetras are notorious fin nippers.

Cories should be kept in a school and if you were to do that you certainly would be over stocked. I would just concentrate on your Serpae Tetras.

The thing is, Bronze Corys grow quite big, too big for a 10.

I agree that bronze corys grow far too large for a ten gal. and a school of corys would put you way over the limit, i would just stick to the tetras.

Alright, cool, that's what I'll do. I'm just gonna stick with these tetras. Thanks for the advice guys.

It is go to see that a new member has replied with a "Thanks" and listened to the recomendations given.

It make doing a reply no matter how long or short worth the effort.

Keep asking Eagle that is one of the best ways to learn especially about fish keeping.
