esandbergger Hobbyist Posts: 133 Kudos: 128 Votes: 0 Registered: 12-Jun-2005	I have an understocked 29 gallon tank it has 3 tetras, 1 rasbora, 6 molly fry, 2 adult mollys, and 2 cories. If i add ghost shrimp to this how many would i add?

illustrae Fish Addict Posts: 820 Kudos: 876 Registered: 04-May-2005	Shrimp add next to nothing to the bio-load of a tank, so you can have a LOT of shrimp. I'd say start with at least six, expect a few to die, and if you don't think you have enough, get more. In that tank, you could easily have a dozen or so without adversely impacting the bio-load. You'll want to provide them with small caves and crevaces to hide and molt in, and you should add a few drops of marine iodine to the water. Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...
