The only time I see him for any length of time is in the morning at feding time.

It is extremly difficult to get a photo of him at anytime. I have seen one of the larger Cardinal tetras chasing his some times

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info

Nice Is he a doubletail?

I will try tomorow morning to get a better photo I will put on the big ring/square flash. The tail is a very large D shape. I paid about $20+

He looks quite beautiful, and if it is a D shape then he's a halfmoon, a wonderful find!
The body shape suggests that he has doubletail in his history, which they use to make the fins bigger/fuller.

That's one fancy schmancy fishy!

He is quite beautiful!! I don't know what you have named him, but I would call him "V8", like after the vegetable drink, he is that color...

Very nice indeed. I agree with Keith naming fish ends badly for me any. Something bad always happens
