bettachris Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 3875 Kudos: 4173 Votes: 452 Registered: 13-Jun-2004 | bettas have been know to last in a car overnight, so my guess is 50-60 would be the min. but that is an accident. the highest is usually 90, and high temps are good for breeding, common room temps are 70-80 and that should be fine. |

I have always kept my bettas in unheated containers, and sometimes during the winter the ambient temperature can drop down to 58°F. The bettas, however, were perfectly fine and normal.
