	major improvement!

At first he was called 'Goldie'; this was the plainest looking betta I'd ever seen and I have no idea why she chose him. Anyhow, that turned into 'Oldie' since he hardly ever moved: So rearranging tanks a few days ago and Oldie was upgraded from his 2.5g He's like a different fish, very active, checking out everything in the tank and his colors are gorgeous! Hopefully with time his fins will be in better condition too: [/font][/font] ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean

I noticed when I bought my Betta his colours became more solid when I placed him into the holding net in the 5ft tank. I can not wait to add him into his own 11G tank was to be this week end. Because of the new tank leaking and starting again he will havbe to wait at least 3 more weeks. Keith Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do. I VOTE DO YOU if not WHY NOT? VOTE NOW VOTE NOW

Two Tanks Big Fish Posts: 449 Kudos: 328 Votes: 13 Registered: 02-Jun-2003	It looks like he is going to be a nice deep red. I have had this happen to me, but with female bettas. They are drab when I get them, then after a few weeks begin to show their true colors. Nice fish!
