	mixing gouramis?
newmand Fingerling Posts: 45 Votes: 0 Registered: 13-Mar-2005	would you recommend keeping pearl gouramis (3) with 3 spot gouramis (3) - 55g tank would also include 4 angels and a school of cories - would love to go with the angels, pearls and cories - concerned about mixing in something else - thoughts?

Once they all reach full size, the three spots would likely dominate the pearl gouramis and take over the upper third of the tank. Three spots gouramis are larger and more aggressive than pearl gouramis, so I wouldn't risk it. And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
