I don't really know why I am posting this here.

Lucy my molly who was three years old died today. it was sort of sudden, she hasn't been her self for a couple of days, nothing really that I could put my finger on.

She has a huge birth about a month ago, she had never bred before, always been very agressive towards males till this most recent guy. she was pregnant for ages and ages. I have some of her fry, they are the black and white ones I am very nervous that I shall lose them. I hope some of them have as much character as their Mum.

She was in the first batch of Fry I ever had. she was born whilst I was away in Florida. I was very proud of her and Sparkle her sister (she died about six weeks ago but never grew as big as Lucy).

I shall miss her, always first at feeding time.

If you still have some of the Fry left it will be easy to pick several good ones for breeding.

How ironic that my swordtail gave birth the same day your favorite molly died.. im sorry to hear that!
