PeaceB2U Hobbyist Posts: 64 Kudos: 48 Votes: 0 Registered: 25-Jul-2004   | After a few weeks of having my new aquarium set up, brown diatoms have spread across my sand and rocks. After reading the posts I could find about this, I've discovered that this is normal for a new set-up. Can someone tell me approximately how long this lasted with your tank? Should I be attempting to scrape or rinse it off the rocks when water changes are performed? |
