Then add some sand, and fill with water/salt mix. After that you can use a pump to move the water. Lights will be on at night and off during the day. As for cost, I'm not sure off the top of my head, but it's really not that bad. Basicly it's just a box filled with water. Some people will use a simple rubermaid container. Dan |
