I use and reccomond Maxi Jet powerheads. I have 3 in my tank, along with two Rio Seio 820's.

Ok, well you have started out very well. Get 2 powerheads of about 200 gph a peice. I would reccomend getting the best of EVERYTHING. This will save you money. If you get powerheads that are the best you will never think you dont have enough. I bought two powerheads that i will be upgrading because they are to weak.

You can use Regent. They are low price, and work well. The impellors last several years.
