FMZ...sorry, I'm not quite good enough with the camera to take macros of fish yet. I have a whole lot of macros of other things though (cat, flowers, flies, leaves). if you're interested I'll email you the originals (which are much better quality than hosting them on the internet.)

Cool...i am currently deciding between A70 and A80....really can't make up my mind. Can you post some closeup (macro) shots of the fish or your aquarium??

I highly recommend them. Great prices, and the camera was at my house in 2 days. The Canon A60 actually went down to $115 after I bought mine. It has gone up to $124 last time I checked. Their prices change constantly.

EDIT: I just checked, and they no longer offer the A60. Looks like I bought mine just in time!

Hey guys....

I just got a digital camera today so I thought I'd share some pics. Here's two. I'll post more soon.

The tank is a 26 gallon bowfront. The only fish are 12 Cardinal Tetras at the moment. Eventually I'll have some hatchet fish and blue rams.

I've been experimenting with the camera's manual mode...playing around with the shutter speed and aperture value. My pics are slowly getting better. Still a little noisy though. Here's the new ones:

The wood is pretty interesting....but I don't really like it anymore. I wan't something a little more natural shaped I guess.

Sorry, I'm not sure what the name is. Maybe anacharis or something? Foxtail maybe. All the plants were bought at PetCo.

The camera is a Canon PowerShot A60. GREAT camera for the price. But I just have to learn how to take pics of aquariums.

Even if they're fake I have a question. The plants on the extreme right to mid right looks like the plants I have. Do you know the name of it?? Also what kind of camera are you using??

Yep the plants are plastic. I'll get a full tank shot as soon as my camera batteries recharge.
