Just a few pics I promised a while ago, and never got round to. Apologies in advance for the state of the tank, its kind of hard to clean round them without sucking them up, the parents keep them in a foot long trench which doesnt give me much room to negotiate.lol

Here's humbug and Bee with their 4 day old fry. Big batch this time, possibly over 300. Unfortunately the fry's camo is perfect against the substrate, so they are a little hard to see in detail.

Oh BTW, they came up close to the glass, first time ever for a batch this young, and I took a macro shot in the vain hope something would focus, and it actually did more or less

That has to be the closest to a cartoon fish ive ever seen! I've been laughing my backside off ever since I saw this. 5 day old acara fry, priceless.

I just wish I had a camera with the res to see a fish the size of a couple of pinheads clearly, I'd have postersized it

Here's some 150 or so 2 month old fry enjoying their breakfast with their parents. Notice even at this age with the fry well able to take bloodworm, how humbug is still crush and spitting food out for them!
