The 10 gallon on the left is reserved for a pair of perv. hypancistrus I'm conditioning in the 20L inside: http://www.plecofanatics.com/gallery/data/500/Picture_073.jpg And people are surprised that kryptopterus can and will devour fry of most species. That's a pellet nearly a half an inch across: http://www.plecofanatics.com/gallery/data/500/Picture_013.jpg http://www.plecofanatics.com/gallery/data/500/Picture_012.jpg Large male L-136b, who's gotten a whiff of the food, and cautiously inches his way toward it: http://www.plecofanatics.com/gallery/data/500/Picture_062.jpg Adolfo: http://www.plecofanatics.com/gallery/data/500/Picture_069.jpg L-124: http://www.plecofanatics.com/gallery/data/500/Picture_072.jpg Cardinals and glasscats fed--sinking carnivore pellets Bottom feeders fed--homemade meat mixture with a bit of spirulina pellet (not the "psuedo" spirulina disks): http://www.plecofanatics.com/gallery/data/500/Picture_070.jpg http://www.plecofanatics.com/gallery/data/500/Picture_071.jpg Stocking currently consists of: x8 C. sterbai, x1 C. adolfoi, x2 P. axelrodi, x2 kryptopterus minor, x1 kryptopterus macrocephalus, x2 L-136b(pair), x1 L-262, x1 L-124. Sure, a bit overstocked, but I can barely measure the nitrates due to the oddly fast growth of the ferns, and all fish minus 3 or 4 of the sterbai are full grown. I recently moved the otocinclus felxilis into the ten gallon pictured. Last edited by Cup_of_Lifenoodles at 28-Oct-2005 22:54 |
