Congregation of blennies. Some kind of watchman/shrimp goby displaying. Uncommon "blue-striped clownfish", Amphiprion chrysopterus. And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
