tetratech Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 4241 Kudos: 1074 Registered: 04-Nov-2003 | Yes LF those are the keyholes, I honestly don't know about the stripe lose. The strip thru the eye is similiar to what the bolivan has and my bolivian is probably around 18 months old. They have the ones about the same size as GFG at Aquarium Adventure. They look really good. My Scapes |

I think I read that they lose this stripe when they mature. If that is right then it makes perfect sense that yours are not yet full sized as they would not be “grown-ups” yet. But I might just not know what I am talking about . Ingo |

goldfishgeek Fish Addict Posts: 667 Kudos: 412 Votes: 38 Registered: 27-Oct-2003 | Its just sand I got from the LFS? They do ok - the keyholes I mean, I think they are very cute, and were a lot smaller when I got them had them about a year, I must admit I think they should have grown quicker have read that they should be 4' but mine are only about three, they are so funny, when they are worried they kinda edge around the tank, swimming in stops and starts - they can go backwards better then any other fish! and one is very brave about getting food and the other one hides in the annubus. I tihnk they are both females, as they are both pretty small and have short fins. boy one question and I just don't stop! he he GFG Never be bullied into silence. goldfishgeek Fish Addict Posts: 667 Kudos: 412 Votes: 38 Registered: 27-Oct-2003 | thank you! its the out put for the internal filter. in the 35g i make it blow bubbles because I read the CLs that aren't meant to be there like fast flowing highly oxygenated water. the 25G has two 20W plant gro lights, the 35G has one JBL plant light and one "natur" light also JBL both are 25W each. cheers GFG ps the glass cover is kinda green but if I lower it looks silly, I will just have to clean alot! LITTLE_FISH ***** Little Fish ***** Master of Something Posts: 7303 Kudos: 1997 Votes: 670 Registered: 20-May-2005 | goldfishgeek, First of all, you have to change your camera’s date settings I like the pictures, but you are asking about the lights. Can you give us the numbers on them? Otherwise, all I can say is “Nice Lights” . What is the purpose of the powerhead? Is that the output of an internal filter? How strong is the pump that fires it up? It seems to really blow a lot of air into the water. Ingo |
