tessa38uk Big Fish Posts: 466 Kudos: 586 Votes: 121 Registered: 11-Mar-2004 | Robby I have so many but will try to remember them all if I can. 2 blood Red Parrot fish, 4 silver dollars, 4 angels, 6 Congo tetra, 4 giant danio, 4 key holes, 4 skirt tetras or as we call them in the UK black widow tetra, 4 butterfly pleco, 4 clown pleco, 2 bristlenose pleco, 2 Pakistani loaches, 20 corys (could be less), that's the main stock the rest are like the odd platy, molly and a few small tetras. oh and some swordtails that I raised from being born. Still got their dad but their mum died shortly after giving birth I was upset about that she was a big girl and very beautiful she was a pineapple swordtail but she left me some beautiful babies who are well on their way to adult hood. It sounds a lot of fish but the tank is truely massive and has pleanty of room. They all seem happy together and seem to be vey healthy. http://www.greenspersonalprinting.com/ |

tessa38uk Big Fish Posts: 466 Kudos: 586 Votes: 121 Registered: 11-Mar-2004 | Make sure you get silk though not those hard plastic ones. I think they are a bit hard and sharp myself and there has been some reports as to fish getting stuck in them and dieing. http://www.greenspersonalprinting.com/ |

tessa38uk Big Fish Posts: 466 Kudos: 586 Votes: 121 Registered: 11-Mar-2004 | I know these 2 photos are not perfect but I am still proud of them since they are my very first attempt. I will get some better ones but I think I will have to get a tripod as I tend to move the camera a lot. I also need to get some decent batteries as the ones supplied with the camera will only let you take about 6 shoots before they want recharging (most annoying. Let me know what you think to my first ever shoots. tessa38uk attached this image: Last edited by koi keeper at 20-Oct-2004 14:38 http://www.greenspersonalprinting.com/ |

These ones are not to good but not bad for a beginner I would say. Enjoy tessa38uk attached this image: Last edited by tessa38uk at 21-Oct-2004 10:38 http://www.greenspersonalprinting.com/ |

One of the huge benefits of a digital camera is the ability to take loads of pictures with no worry about the cost of film or developing. You can get a lot of tips and ideas just by going thru the Photo Booth threads. Patience is important; I also take a deep breath and hold it before I shoot. Propping the elbows is also a very good idea. Show us more! ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

tessa38uk Big Fish Posts: 466 Kudos: 586 Votes: 121 Registered: 11-Mar-2004 | Thanks mattyboombatty I will try that but I think I will get some decent batteries first so that I can snap away to my hearts content lol at the mo I can only snap about 6 shots before the batteries need to be recharged. Its well annoying just as you are getting into it the camera packs up. http://www.greenspersonalprinting.com/ |

Or you can bring your elbows into your sides to hold your arms steady if you have to stand up. I just got a digicam in august, so I've been learning as well. BTW, your angels look lovely, very healthy! Critical Fertilator: The Micromanager of Macronutrients |

I will keep practicing you never know I might get it right one day. Still not bad for first attempt though I guess. http://www.greenspersonalprinting.com/ |
