Hi, I was just browsing the forums, when I saw this thread, so I decided to respond for my first post. This all looks very familiar. http://www.aquahobby.org/board/viewtopic.php?t=3402&highlight=koi
Looks like it attracts a lot of fish lovers.

But I can't see the first pic.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

They are all at the top because I was feeding them

The first pic shows the usual depth for them which is cruising from 1-2 feet below the top of the water when not sleeping.

Empty chairs at empty tables, the room silent, forlorn.

I love the monkey in that last pic.

They are gorgeous!

I wish I could have a pond. *sigh*

It is huge. It is a koi pond I would esztimate at 400,000 gallons (roughly 300 ft long, 45 feet wide and just an estimate of at least 4 feet deep. The koi are 2-3 feet long.

This is looking from one side of the bridge:
