They get very large, Im not sure how big exactly, someone will know. The second unknown fish sure looks to me like a goldfish, I think a common one. They get over 3 feet in length, and will reach 5-6 inches within the first year. Goldfish of any kind require a 55g tank or larger. I like your tank though! Nice theme, and looks great with the bubbles on. You should consider ditching the goldfish and getting some more neons and possibly another rosy barb or two, depending on how big they get and how big your tank is. What are you going to put in the cold water tank? Come Play Yahtzee With Me! http://games.atari.com Http://www.myleague.com/yahtgames |

A couple plants that would look good in your setup are Vallisneria Spirallis, Cyperus (the one that is fully aquatic), Limnophilia, and Wisteria. Just some ideas. If you have 1.5 watts per gallon of light or more, you could also try Ludwigia Repens. Its a nice reddish plant with round leaves, very attractive, would look nice beside the car. hehe A great plant website is www.tropica.com...could help you in selecting good plants for both your tropical and coldwater tanks!
