I gave my oldest son (13) a 5.5g Mini-bow that I wasn't using. He purchased black gravel, a CT betta, and ADF. He wants to go with live plants so he used some I had in an empty tank. Have to get a better tank shot but this gives a general idea of what it looks like:



Both the betta and ADF are still settling in a a bit shy. Managed to get a couple pics of the betta though:

how big do they get


They're small, I believe they grow to ~1.5" Many people keep them in tanks as small as 3-5g with a betta.

What is he feeding the ADF? I have heard they can be hard to feed. I will be moving my VT betta to a 5.5g soon, and have thought about a couple ADFs.
