Mystery Eggs - Help? | |
Hawkeye Fingerling Posts: 19 Kudos: 7 Votes: 1 Registered: 19-Mar-2008 | These are the third batch we've found when cleaning. Voila, our inhabitants: 6 Pygmy corydoras 2 Otos 5 Neon tetras 6 Cardinal tetras 3 Blackskirt tetras 2 Bolivian Rams Half a dozen or so "accident" snails. 50g long, Aquaclear 70 filter (HOB) No ammonia, nitrates, low potassium Flourish Excel Local liquid fertilizers for plants Temp - 26C pH - 7ish The pictures kind of suck. These were laid on various leaves in a circular pattern. Within the semi-translucent circle were a bunch of opaque smaller "eggs". The whole thing appears to be the size of a Canadian dime (or a tiny bit less than 1/2 inch) Edit: Ok the pictures REALLY suck. Going to try again and see if I can get some better ones. |

Also.. no one has eaten them either. Our Blackskirts are rather aggressive, so its surprising. And the pictures suck so much its just a picture of a grass leaf with a blurry white half-circle on it. |
