NEW PANDA BABY PICS ... AW!!! | |
Calilasseia *Ultimate Fish Guru* Panda Funster Posts: 5496 Kudos: 2828 Votes: 731 Registered: 10-Feb-2003 | As promised, here is a selection of Panda baby pics, taken a couple of days ago with the new digital camera. Pictures have been annotated with little magenta circles so that people can home in on the fry without having to squint like mad. Pics are: Baby venturing out into the big wide world Baby waiting to join Mom and Dad for dinner Two of the kids sharing dinner with Mom and Dad If you scroll to the bottom and click on the link labelled 'view full size' then you'll see them MUCH more clearly. However, a word of WARNING for those on dialup ... file sizes are LARGE, as in over 2 megs each, and that's as JPEGs ... in bitmap format they're 13 megs each!!! Oh, excuse the algae on the tank - what with the house rewiring and furniture shifting, I've had less time than I would have liked to keep the glass scrubbed Last edited by Calilasseia at 21-May-2005 18:41 |

I accidentally linked to the 'edit photos' instead of the 'view photos' pages. Silly me. Now you should all be able to click on the links and see the Panda babies !!!! This Panda baby was playing with the bubbles that were attached to the Java Fern leaf after the water change. Unfortunately, its hilarious antics are not as well documented as I would have liked, because it moved while the camera autofocus was locking on to it (sigh) ... even so, you can tell it's a baby from the size of the fish relative to the leaf Last edited by Calilasseia at 28-May-2005 19:27 |
