New Convict Tank | |

I'm off work temporarily because of a knee injury so out of boredom I ended up taking down the old setup and redid the tank myself The full-tank shot is cloudy because the water was still settling: There were maybe 10 juveniles left at the lfs and I think I got the last female: The male: And the pair: ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

The taller plants are anacharis, which can grow as floaters if they dig them up. The smaller plants are Java fern growing on driftwood so there isn't much they can do to that except eat it ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

They aren't large yet, the male is maybe 3". The plan is to use the fry as feeders in the big tank ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

Convicts are very interesting and fun to watch. The tank looks good as well. Nice work and I hope you get to feeling better and return to work. |
