She hasn't colored up quite as beautiful as yours have though. I have been trying to get a good picture but my camera just isn't that good. If I try to zoom in the picture gets blurry. I wish I had the picture taking abilities that you and others have. You have great looking fish and pictures. :%) |

Tetra Fan Mega Fish Posts: 1203 Kudos: 1081 Votes: 63 Registered: 11-Apr-2004 | Thanks guys Well they aren't BRAND new, I have had 'em about a week. But they did color up surprisingly fast, 2 days afterwards they were in full color and happily exploring the tank as a small Ram "school" As of last night they are even more colorful...intense colors and the female is being fought over by the males. The male has dug a small pit in the back right corner of the tank...I'm not gonna say getting ready to breed because that gets my hopes too high and I know it is way to early to be breeding since they were just introduced last sunday...I'm just noting interesting behaviour Thanks for the compliments, I hope to have more pictures up tonight Last edited by Tetra Fan at 09-Dec-2005 06:32 |

Well that's all for now but I have about 100 more to look through and a lot more than that left to take...stay tuned for Tetra pictures that may pop up by the end of this weekend Last edited by Tetra Fan at 08-Dec-2005 19:46 Last edited by Tetra Fan at 10-Dec-2005 22:41 Last edited by Tetra Fan at 10-Dec-2005 22:42 Last edited by Tetra Fan at 17-Dec-2005 20:52 |

Tetra Fan Mega Fish Posts: 1203 Kudos: 1081 Votes: 63 Registered: 11-Apr-2004 | Yeah the only reason I know mine are Leucomelas is because apparently Leucomelas have a gold patch behind the eye and have les organized spots thatn other lookalikes (another likely choice for mine might have been agassizi...then again I do have just 1 cory that looks more like an agassizi than a lecomelas...) Thanks for the compliments |
