Our son's 7 gallon tank | |

Before we had blue gravel and rocks with sea-type plants attached (all plastic, none real). Now we have brown river pebbles and driftwood, it looks so much nicer. http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k16/PanClan06/IMG_1373.jpg Here's Herbie, the algae eater, enjoying his new surroundings... http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k16/PanClan06/IMG_1371.jpg Here's a couple of tetras, a cardinal and a black neon... http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k16/PanClan06/IMG_1384.jpg Here's a couple of glowlights, they were camera shy and hard to get a good shot of... http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k16/PanClan06/IMG_1386.jpg Another shot of the setup... http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k16/PanClan06/IMG_1380.jpg Our tank: 45 gallons 7x Cardinal Tetras 7x Black Neon Tetras 7x Glowlight Tetras 2x Ottos 2x Ghost Shrimp 3x Spotted Corys 3x Panda Corys |

We've seen a 29-36 gallon (I can't remember how big it was) in a nearby shop and we'll most likely buy that one. So all of the fish will soon have a bigger home!! The price was about $350, including the stand, so maybe that's why I'm thinking 36? I don't know. Like you said, I'm sure the fish will appreciate their new home. I'm already looking forward to buying more ornaments for it!! When the time comes we'll definitely be posting up about stocking the new tank (depending on the size) and stocking the old tank. We're thinking of keeping African dwarf frogs in the old tank, my son had one but it died. http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k16/PanClan06/IMG_0977.jpg Our tank: 45 gallons 7x Cardinal Tetras 7x Black Neon Tetras 7x Glowlight Tetras 2x Ottos 2x Ghost Shrimp 3x Spotted Corys 3x Panda Corys |
