Bad news: it's not a snowball
Good news: it's probably something more expensive. From first glance, it looks to me like a big spot LAD-33 (I think), but the eye has the downhanging omega, which leads me to believe it is definitely in the same genus as your original "snowball"; my guess is L-201.

Well I bought him about 5 months ago from one of the better lfs in my area. But he was clearly marked as a snowball. I paid $39.99 for him. He's definitely not this fish is he:

Because the regular snowball pleco is not a dwarf.

The "regular" snowball, depending on which species(L-04 or L-102) you are referring to, grows from 4-6". I consider this fairly small. And how are you sure your fish is a dwarf? For all we know, it could be a young LDA33 (though it most likely is not).
