Naturalist Fingerling Posts: 34 Kudos: 33 Votes: 3 Registered: 18-Apr-2003 | Thanks. I am not sure yet. Maybe you all can come up with some ideas for me. I was thinking of some otos but I don't know if they would do good in such a small tank. Peace! |

Why go return comets, just to get more? Besides JD's are carnivores, and it would be cruel to force them to eat food they arent meant to eat I'll do graffiti, If you sing to me in French. |

katieb Fish Addict Posts: 697 Votes: 69 Registered: 03-Jul-2004 | Otos are social and need to be in groups of 3. I would say that small killis are your best bet. Im not sure if you can house guppies or platies, but if you do stick with males. Colorful and no fry I'll do graffiti, If you sing to me in French. |

Naturalist Fingerling Posts: 34 Kudos: 33 Votes: 3 Registered: 18-Apr-2003 | Thanks katieb. I will look into the killies but I am just wondering why the otos are ruled out? Could I keep some fancy guppies? I already have a male betta. Peace! |

katieb Fish Addict Posts: 697 Votes: 69 Registered: 03-Jul-2004 | I wouldnt go with otos. But you should look into a betta or killis. Killifish come in alot of shapes and vibrent colors, they would look great in a planted tank. I'll do graffiti, If you sing to me in French. |

Naturalist Fingerling Posts: 34 Kudos: 33 Votes: 3 Registered: 18-Apr-2003 | These are some shots of my new 2.5G. Equipment consists of tank, glass top, and Coralife Mini-Freshwater Aqualight (18W CF). I chose black substrate because I feel that it shows off the greens and reds in the plants. The tank is so new that the little bubbles are still on the glass and gravel! Thanks for viewing my post and let me know what you think. Peace!
