Note the giant water sprite, CO2 reactor and the algea.... mattyboombatty attached this image: ...and both my angels mooning you...haha! It's still dangerously far from winning any prizes around this place though. Corydoran, my angels have never cared for my tetras, they tend to go after my ottos for some reason. I was actually hoping for some constructive crits, if anybody cares to. Critical Fertilator: The Micromanager of Macronutrients |

As for suggestions...well, I'm not really a big fan of that piece of driftwood on the right. I would suggest moving your foreground plants in front of it--leaving a gap in the middle(The biggest should be closest to the side of the tank. Also, I'd move the brown wendetii out to the foreground as well...The vals in the back would look nice bunched up to one side (well, not bunched up, but at least in a line to one side). EDIT: BTW, is that a lancelot's anubias in the far right? If so, it'd be better off tied to something. Last edited by Cup_of_Lifenoodles at 12-Nov-2004 14:58 |

The driftwood over on the right is actually rock, it's just got a natural look to it, which is why I like it. I was hoping that my green wendtii in front would spread over in that direction, actually I wanted it to take over most of the front portion of the tank and have it look like a nice fluffy bed of wendtii, but I've had to trim a lot back because of the algea. Unfortunately with this tank, there isn't a whole lot of middle ground(only a foot front to back), so I might be able to bring the brown wendtii up a little, along with the sword, but I think both would look goofy up in the front because they are pretty tall. Good suggestions Cup, I was going to use my day off tomorrow to add some more CO2 and maybe move some of the plants into their final spots...because I really shouldn't be moving them anymore.
