The plant to the extreme right in that pic is a variety of val, not sure which exactly, but it's narrower and darker leaved than the jungle vals that populate the majority of the tank. (and not as hardy either... there is very little of that bunch left now, while the jungle vals continue to thrive) The group of plants to the left of centre, between the centre and rear section of the ship, is wisteria (Hygrophila difformis). There is also a bit of wisteria floating in that pic. That pic is getting a bit old now, and it may be time to update it. This is a more recent shot. The wisteria and jungle vals are still visible although relocated. the narrow leaved val is nowhere to be seen. G_T Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that a lone amateur built the Ark.
