mmm,thats a tricky 1,to me it looks like a x-breed, texas and something?also i think its a male,but the finnage looks a bit dammaged!
is that some sort of growth in picture 3,on the underside of him...

the top half of him is kind like a texas ,but the bottom is wrong,unless he crossed with a red texas,but i doubt that..i cant think of where the red colour has come from

May have to agree with ya there Hokese, more than likely a second-generation " X- breed "... just a guess here, its between a Parachromis loisellei, P. motaguense, P. managuense

this is one of the questions that pops up on this site heaps,but its also 1 of the hardest to answer,its more than likely a x-breed,but as for saying FOR SURE what sort of hybrid it is,i cant,it could be nearly anything...but at a guess,im sticking with texas x something?oh and im also going with a male.

Hmm everyone I have asked so far says it's some type of cross but can't figure out exactly what...it was sold as a Green Texas.
