My thoughts exactly normally the girls get stuck with the drab colors...good to see a speicies that's not like that .

thanks for the comments

and yes, festae are one of the few species where the females are usually more brilliant and beautiful than the males. Males however, are no slouches themselves and compared to many other species are quite gorgeous. They just can't compare with their female counterparts.
